Joy is the founder of The BXtraordinary Consulting and launching the PIVOT conference, keynote speaker, coach, trade finance author of WOKE AT WORK: Accelerating Careers, advisor to start-ups and government, and a Cloud and AI practitioner, and an award-winning powerhouse woman of God who is transforming lives both in the marketplace and beyond.

We met a few years ago while working at the same bank through the Christian network, and from the very beginning I saw something special in her.

Whether speaking on stage, leading Bible studies, mentoring others, or simply through the way she carries herself, Joy truly embodies her name. She brings light, wisdom, authenticity, and joy into every room she enters.
